The regular registration to SAPGERIC conference is open until October 15, 2013. As the number of conference participants is limited, the registration is primarily based on invitations. Those who did not receive the invitation but wish to attend the conference are kindly asked to apply using conference e-mail SAPGERIC@eu2013.vu.lt and submit the abstract of their poster presentation. Authors of selected presentations will receive invitations. The decision concerning the participation will be taken and communicated via e-mail no later than October 20, 2013.

We have extended the registration till November 16, 2013 to allow more time for recent applicants.

Electronic poster exhibition

SAPGERIC attendees are invited to participate in the electronic poster exhibition elaborated on the topics of the conference.
Poster demonstration is planned during the conference on a number of 16:9 monitor screens.
Poster gallery shall be displayed on the conference web site.
